My Style: Caleb doesn’t really go out of his way to look good. He wears whatever he thinks is comfortable. He normally can be found in t-shirts, jeans and boots and he doesn’t tend to wear much else. He likes to be casual and usually he’ll wear whatever he can get his hands on. He’ll always be seen wearing a bracelet that Cillian made for him when they were young. His brother wears a matching one, and Caleb is never seen without his.

What was/is your characters dream/goals: Before the apocalypse, his goals had changed drastically in recent years. He wanted to provide for his family, change his life and make his parents proud. But right now, his only focus is finding his brother and daughter, and hoping they’re still alive.
Fears: His main fear is finding out that his daughter didn’t get out of the city alive. She was the only think that had been keeping him on the straight and narrow and without her, he just feels lost. He’s heartbroken about the death of his wife so to learn that his daughter was dead as well, it would just kill him.
Its Who I Am
Describe your character’s personality (a decent paragraph please): Caleb is probably one of the most sociable people you will meet. He will always be the one to carry on the conversation and often talks to anyone he meets regardless of who they are or where they’ve come from. He is generally a friendly person, and doesn’t tend to want to get on people’s bad sides unless they had wronged him before. And then he can be a fierce person not to be messed with. If someone wrongs him then he will always be the one to pick a fight, and he is usually saved by his twin brother, Cillian. Caleb has a tendency to be rather blunt. He will often say things without thinking about them first. He never means any ill by it, these things just tend to come out without him realizing. He just seems to have a tendency to point things out even if they might insult the person he is talking too. Even so, he’s generally a nice guy to be around unless you get on his bad side.
When it comes to women though, Caleb can be more than a bit of a jerk. He’s not into commitment at all after the death of his wife and he tends to snap out at them because they remind him of her. He doesn’t really mean to be a jerk to them; it just kind of comes out that way. It’s something to do with his blunt nature. Caleb has never really been an ambitious sort of person. He is one of those people to only do what he wants to do. He will never let anyone order him around. Caleb’s not going to take that. But really, these are extreme sort of cases that he doesn’t usually have to deal with. He’s a pretty non-judgmental person, who will be friendly with anyone who takes the time out to talk to him. That’s not to say that they will be his best friend straight away, but he will be friendly to them, as long as they are to him.
Strengths :
Outgoing
Social
Talkative
Fearless
Charismatic
Weaknesses :
Blunt
Short Tempered
Stubborn
Impulsive
Defensive
Habits: Caleb has been able to stay off the drink since his daughter was born, but now she’s gone, he’s slipping back into his old habits just to help him cope.
Flaws::
Personality - He has a terribly short temper. He will snap at the littlest things and doesn’t like being told what to do.
Physical - He has quite a few scars on his torso from his fights before the apocalypse. He couldn’t be bothered to seek medical attention for any of them, so while they’ve healed, they haven’t healed particularly well.
Its A Gift
Skills and Abilities:
While Caleb’s talent lies in fist fighting, he’s also a pretty good gunman. During the time he spent working with Gabe, he often went to a shooting range to take his anger out there rather than on other people. He became quite good at shooting over the years.
Caleb’s played the guitar for almost ten years now and often played his daughter to sleep. He finds it calming, though he hasn’t been able to find a guitar to play for a long time, since he lost his own on the run from Boston.
We Ain't In Kansas Anymore...
Caleb McKenna was born to Mary and Jasper McKenna on the 10th October and is seven minutes older than his brother, Cillian. They were born in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The two boys grew up together mostly in the early years of their life and didn’t tend to make any more friends. The twins were always spoilt by their parents, their mother especially, and perhaps became a little demanding in their early years. The twins spent most of their early years together until the age of five when they attended primary school in Belfast. There the twins met their soon to be best friends, Max and Flint. The quartet have been friends ever since that day and look after each other no matter what. They are like brothers to one another and class themselves as such. The boys’ life was relatively normal, living in Belfast with nothing particularly interesting happening until Caleb and Cillian turned eleven.
It was on their eleventh birthday that Caleb and Cillian moved with their family to Boston to start a new life their after their father was offered a job transfer. While Cillian fit in well in the twins’ new school, Caleb found himself longing to go back to his old school in Belfast where he felt more comfortable. He didn’t seem to fit in at all and while he did average in his school work, he found himself fitting in more playing football or on the boxing team. He graduated high school thanks to the help of his twin brother, who tried his hardest to help Caleb pass school. Of course, Caleb appreciated all that his brother had done for him, and respected him more than most. He was always closest to his twin brother.
After his graduation from high school, Caleb went to work as an apprentice mechanic in the business of a family friend, Gabe. He learned a great deal of respect while working there and even managed to learn to control his temper a lot better than he had ever been able too. He qualified as a mechanic at the age of 20, and went on to co-own the business with Gabe. His life was relatively calm for the next few years. Caleb met a girl, he got married, had a daughter and he was finally beginning to settle down.
At least until the news of the dead rising reached them in Boston and Caleb, being as stubborn as he was, was determined that the family would be safe where they were. The family took up residence in a local church hall with a few others from the neighborhood. It wasn’t until the walkers reached the streets outside the hall that Caleb began really doubting his decision to keep his family safe. He began to get increasingly agitated and was left desperately thinking up a way to get his family out of the city. In the end, the group decided to make a break for it out of the back of the hall to try and get out of the city.
At sunrise, the group left the hall heading for the outskirts of the city, but none of them had expected the city to be as overrun as it was. The group was trapped and in the chaos, Caleb was separated from his wife, daughter and twin brother. He saw his wife being bitten by a walker while she desperately tried to protect her daughter, and while he managed to get out of the city alive, he believed the rest of his family to be dead. With Boston too overrun for him to go back in, Caleb moved ahead, trying to find somewhere to hold out until the end of the apocalypse.
