Ethan loved nature and was defined by outdoor activities. He never liked being the center of attention, yet hated being alone as well. We Ain't In Kansas Anymore...
Ethan Hall was born in Prattville, Alabama to his father Melton Hall and his mother Sarah Hall. His father owned and operated a farm, which Ethan worked at his entire life, until the disaster struck. He tended to the animals and worked on the land, none of which was easy. After graduating high school, he left the farm to go to college to pursue a degree in fine arts. He found a great passion for writing. Shortly after he graduated college and seemed to be heading in a new direction, his mother and father had died in a tragic car accident together. This caused him to eventually come back to the family farm and take over the business. He was changed from then on, and the apocalypse followed not too long after. When the attacks began his community fell apart. Those that stayed did not know what to do, leaving many looking up to Ethan. Ethan cleared out his father's old bomb shelter and supplied it with a year supply of food and water. The disease never struck the town though, not for a very long time. Though the power was gone, many people came out of their shelters to try and live anew. It was in this moment, when the community was weakest, that the walkers came. Nobody expected the horrors that came, except for Ethan who was the only one to make it to the bomb shelter. After what he saw, he never even thought about opening the hatch to go outside. He stayed in that shelter, alone, for a very long time. He eventually left when he ran out of everything, only to find the world as it is now.
Bad Horror Movies Are The WORST
It had been over three months now, yet it seemed like years. Ethan was inside of the bomb shelter wanting to go outside, but knowing of the dangers he would have to face. He was down to twelve canned foods and only a little over a gallon of water. His mind started wondering whether or not he should leave now while he still had rations, or if he should wait until there was nothing left. He wanted to stay, though he was alone and miserable, it was better than being dead and eaten. He decided to leave and risk it all, as he gathered everything he could into his backpack. He checked his glock 26 9mm for ammo, knowing damn well exactly how much he had. One full clip, ten bullets. 'How far can this get me?' he thought to himself. He started to change his mind about leaving the more he got ready. He shook the thought from his mind, grabbing the bomb shelter door. "It's time," he said to himself, releasing the hatch.
